Shipping policy

Every GYMGAUR piece is made to order. Production takes 1 to 3 working days, then your order is sent with tracking to any of the 73 countries we deliver to.

Delivery times

Estimated times once your order has been sent:

• United Kingdom4 to 7 days, with Royal Mail, DPD or FedEx
• United States4 to 8 days, with USPS or GOFO
• European Union7 to 15 days, with DPD, DHL or your national postal service
• Australia7 to 15 days, with iMile
• Everywhere else we deliverusually 7 to 15 days, with your local postal service or a courier partner, and occasionally longer for remote areas

Product pages show estimated delivery dates for many countries. These are estimates, so busy periods and customs checks can add a few days.

Delivery costs depend on where your order is going and what is in it. You will see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Duties and taxes

Depending on your country, your carrier or local customs may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. Where checkout shows duties and taxes, they are already paid and nothing more is due on delivery.

Address changes

Please check your address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email contact@gymgaur.com straight away and we will update it if your order has not been sent yet. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will arrange to send it again once you confirm the right address.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated time, email us and we will look into it with the carrier. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you.
