Ghoul or Gaur? Halloween competition
Show us your best Gaur look and win the kit. Open from Thursday 29 October at 18:00 to Saturday 31 October at 23:59, UK time.
The prizes
- Winner: a full GYMGAUR Contrast-Stitched matching set (Boxy Fleece Zip Hoodie and Fleece Sweatpants) in Black or Flower Grey, sizes S to XL, plus a £25 GYMGAUR gift card to spend on gymgaur.com.
- Two runners-up: a £10 GYMGAUR gift card each, to spend on gymgaur.com.
How to enter
- Follow @gymgaur on Instagram.
- Post a photo or Reel of your best Gaur look (gaur face paint, a costume, your GYMGAUR kit, or all three) from a public account, with #GhoulOrGaur and @gymgaur tagged.
- Tag a mate in the comments of our competition post.
- Share our competition post to your Story.
How the winners are picked
GYMGAUR picks the most creative Gaur look as the winner and the next two as runners-up. Winners are announced on Monday 2 November and contacted by DM from @gymgaur only. We will never ask you for payment or card details.

- UK residents aged 18 and over.
- One entry per person. No purchase needed.
- Entries posted outside the dates above can't win.
- GYMGAUR athletes and partners can't win, because they help run the competition, so it stays fair for everyone else.
- Prizes can't be swapped for cash.
